**Cancellation Policy**

Please carefully read our cancellation policy, as it is not common for us to make exceptions to it. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. Therefore, to avoid any misunderstanding, we would appreciate your attention to the following:


- If the guest cancels with more than 14 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.

- If the guest cancels with less than 14 days in advance, the 50% prepayment will not be refundable.

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, nights not stayed 24 hours after the cancellation will be refunded at 50%.

- In the event the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged, and it will not be refundable.


**Important:**

- Children under 10 years old pay $5 less per extra person in the cabins.

- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

- No noise is permitted after 10 am.


**Arrival / Departure / Office Hours**

Reservations must be paid 14 days in advance with Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, or debit cards (prepaid type), bank deposit, or PayPal. A charge for 100% of the total room and taxes will be made. The Lodge reserves the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit.


We are open 12 hours from 6 am to 6 pm, seven days a week.

Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. We will be ready for you.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Enjoy the day, friend!


Check-in is from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. After this time, please request assistance at the reception.


During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay, such as the location of nearby stores, breakfast hours, and how to reserve them during check-in, good places to eat, places you would like to see, places to visit, Corcovado tours, Isla del Caño, and more. Remember that you can ask our receptionist for anything that can make your stay even more enjoyable.


Check-out is at 11:00 am. You can check out at any time until 11:00 a.m., local time. You can request extended check-out times, although we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute changes as it depends on availability and hotel occupancy. Upon check-out, please leave the keys at the cabin door. Please note that a more detailed room inspection is usually carried out after check-out time, and we reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the room is occupied again. Please ensure that bed linen and towels are placed where they were originally found. Bed linen and towels are not gifts and must remain on the property.


**Pet Policies**

Are pets allowed? Of course! A maximum of two pets per room is allowed at no additional charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and remain leashed when outside the room. Additionally, pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms at any time.


Damages and Liabilities**

During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the staff of any damage to the apartment is expected.


**Extending Your Stay**

After booking your stay with us, you can extend it (depending on availability) by indicating it before arrival. If you are already staying with us and wish to stay longer, please inform us at least 24 hours before the departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans, and this may include transferring to a similar cabin if necessary, subject to availability.


**Room Policies**

We want you to have a great time while you're here. But if things get a bit wild, we stick to the old rule of "if you break it, you buy it," and damages to the property or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the reception immediately upon arrival to avoid liabilities and potential charges.
